Prime Direct Health is a thriving Direct Primary Care (DPC) clinic located in Gilbert, Arizona. We believe healthcare should be personal, meaningful, and manageable—for both patients and providers. As our patient panel continues to grow, we’re looking for a compassionate, relationship-focused Primary Care Physician to join our existing team and help us deliver high-quality, patient-first care in a supportive, low-stress environment.

In traditional primary care, it’s not uncommon for a physician to manage 2,500–3,000 patients—often with 10-minute appointments and a mountain of documentation. At Prime Direct Health, you’ll manage 2/3 fewer patients, allowing for 30–45 minute visits, same-day or next-day availability, and the time to provide thoughtful, individualized care.

Position Overview
As a physician at Prime Direct Health, you’ll focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and wellness-focused care for patients of all ages. You’ll work closely with a collaborative care team and have the flexibility and autonomy to truly care for your panel—without coding, billing, or insurance hassles.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full-spectrum primary care including preventive, acute, and chronic care
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with patients and families
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with a close-knit, supportive care team
- Participate in wellness initiatives and community outreach
- Help grow and maintain your patient panel in a warm, welcoming clinic environment
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation (without spending hours in an EMR every night)
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related field
- Valid Arizona medical license and DEA registration
- Passion for patient-centered care and building meaningful patient relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
