Real healthcare for your team, at a price you can afford.
You want to take care of your people. The insurance quotes never made that possible. Prime Direct Health is a benefit you can actually afford to give them, with same-day care, real time with a provider, and none of the copays or surprise bills that make people avoid the doctor in the first place.
Start the conversationYou know the feeling.
If you run a small business, you have probably lived some version of this.
- An employee comes in sick and pushes through, because they can't afford to get it looked at.
- A good one leaves for a bigger company that could offer benefits you couldn't match.
- You get the group insurance quote, do the math, and put the folder back in the drawer.
None of that means you don't care about your team. It means the traditional system priced you out of taking care of them. Prime Direct Health changes that.
What you can finally give your team.
A benefit you can actually afford.
Group insurance runs several hundred dollars per employee a month. Prime Direct Health is $90 a person. For a lot of owners, covering the whole team costs less than a single month of the quote they turned down.
Care your team will actually use.
Same-day visits, real time with a provider, a number they can text, no copays. People stop putting off care when getting seen is easy and free at the visit.
Predictable, and simple to run.
One flat rate per person, one monthly invoice, no claims and no open enrollment. You don't need an HR department. We handle enrollment and the employee side.
A reason your people stay.
A real benefit helps you keep the people you have and compete for the ones you want, against companies you could never match before.
What it costs.
Here is what Prime Direct Health costs, next to the group plan you were quoted.
Prime Direct Health is $90 a month per person. A catastrophic plan is optional and can be employer- or employee-provided. Bars are illustrative; your exact cost depends on your team.
Most healthcare spending does not happen in a primary care office. It happens in ER visits, hospital stays, and problems nobody caught early. A real primary care relationship is what prevents a lot of that, which is why it pays for itself many times over.
What Prime Direct Health covers, and what to keep.
We will always be straight about this. Prime Direct Health is primary care, not full insurance, and the two work best together.
Prime Direct Health covers the everyday
- Sick visits, same day or next day
- Physicals and preventive care
- Chronic conditions: blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid, cholesterol
- Labs at near-cost pricing
- Anxiety and depression support
- In-office procedures (EKG, skin lesion removal, and more)
- A direct line to text or call their provider
Keep a catastrophic plan for the big stuff
Optional for you to provide. Your team can get their own.
- Hospital stays
- Surgery
- Specialist care
- Serious emergencies
A marketplace plan, a health share, or a spouse's plan all work. When they carry a qualifying high-deductible plan, they can even pay for Prime Direct Health with pre-tax HSA dollars. How Prime Direct Health pairs with insurance →
How it compares to group insurance.
For the day-to-day care your team actually uses. Keep a catastrophic plan alongside it for the rare, big events.

If your people are here, we can take care of them.
- Local by design. Same-day care means something when the office is ten minutes from the job site.
- Better than bolting a benefit onto a workforce scattered across the country. If most of your team is nearby, your team is covered.
- You would be early. Employer direct primary care is common in other states and barely known here. You could be the first business your people have ever seen offer it.
Run a bigger company with a good share of your team local? There is still a real version of this for you. Let's talk.
How it works for your business.
Three steps, and we carry most of the weight.
We talk it through.
Tell us about your team and what you have been wanting to offer. We tell you straight whether Prime Direct Health fits, and roughly what it costs. About thirty minutes, no pitch deck, no broker in the middle.
You decide how to offer it.
Cover it fully, split the cost with your team, or start with a pilot group. Month to month, so you are never locked in. We handle enrollment. Setup runs about a week.
Your team's taken care of.
Same-day or next-day visits, real time with a provider, honest pricing on anything outside the membership. You get one monthly invoice. They get care most of them have not had at any job.
Questions owners ask.
We don't offer health insurance at all right now. Can we still give our team Prime Direct Health?
Yes, and that is exactly who this is built for. Most small businesses around here offer nothing, not because owners don't care, but because insurance was never affordable. Prime Direct Health lets you offer a real benefit today for a fraction of that cost. We will be straight that it is primary care rather than full insurance, so we will also help you think through a low-cost catastrophic plan your team can carry for the big stuff.
How is this different from just buying insurance?
Prime Direct Health is not insurance and does not try to be. It covers the day-to-day care your team uses all year, without copays or claims. Insurance is for the rare, expensive events. Most setups pair the two: Prime Direct Health for everything routine, and a high-deductible or catastrophic plan for emergencies and hospital care. You can provide that plan, or your team can get their own. Either way, the pair usually costs far less than comprehensive group insurance, and your team gets a much better day-to-day experience.
Isn't this concierge medicine?
No. Concierge practices charge a few thousand dollars a year per person and still bill your insurance. Prime Direct Health is a flat, much smaller monthly fee with no insurance billing and no copays. Same level of access, built for a working team.
Will my employees actually use it?
More than they use traditional insurance. When getting seen is same-day and costs them nothing at the visit, people stop putting off care. The first time someone gets in fast for something that would have turned into an ER trip, they remember who gave them that.
Can we offer it to part-time staff or 1099 contractors?
Yes. Prime Direct Health is not insurance, so it is not tied to the full-time-employee rules that make traditional benefits complicated. Offer it to whoever makes sense for your business.
Can employees pay with HSA dollars?
As of 2026, yes, when they carry a qualifying high-deductible plan. Federal rules now let them pay their membership with pre-tax HSA money, which takes 20 to 35 percent off the real cost depending on their tax bracket. We will walk through the specifics with you or your benefits broker.
What if we want to stop?
It is month to month. No long contracts, no penalty. We would rather earn it every month than lock you in.
Tell us about your team.
We are early in working with employer groups here, so the first conversation is mostly us listening: your team, what you offer now, and what you have been trying to solve. Send a short note and we will get back to you within a business day.
Thanks, we've got it.
We'll be in touch within one business day to set up a time to talk. If it's easier, call or text (480) 571-5934.
Be the one who finally did it.
You have wanted to take care of your people for a long time. Now you can actually afford to. No broker, no pitch deck, no pressure. Tell us about your team and we will tell you honestly whether Prime Direct Health is right for them.
