Chronic condition management
Ongoing care for blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, and thyroid, with medication adjusted as your numbers change.
In-office procedures
EKGs, swabs, skin tag and mole removals, ear lavage, ingrown toenail care, and cryotherapy, all on site.
Mental health support
Anxiety, depression, and low mood are handled here, with referral to psychiatry for more complex needs.
Telehealth visits
Video and phone visits for when a conversation is all that’s needed, no trip to the office.
Direct provider access
Text or call your provider directly, no phone tree, for the questions that come up between visits.
Specialist coordination
When you need a specialist or imaging, we make the referral and follow through so nothing drops.

Primary care lives here. Specialist care, hospitalization, emergency care, and long-term chronic pain management happen outside the membership. Most members pair Prime Direct Health with a high-deductible insurance plan as a safety net for hospital admissions, surgery, and other large medical expenses, subject to their plan’s terms.
