Privacy Policy.
Effective Date: 2026 · Last revised: 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the Prime Direct Health website collects, uses, and shares information from visitors. Throughout this document, "Prime Direct Health," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the same legal entity.
If you are an existing patient and want to know how your protected health information is handled (lab results, medical records, billing tied to care), see our Notice of Privacy Practices. That document covers HIPAA-protected information and is separate from this Privacy Policy.

What we collect automatically.
Like most websites, Prime Direct Health collects standard web information when you visit. This typically includes your IP address, the type of device and browser you're using, the pages you visit, the referring website that sent you here, and the approximate time you spent on each page.
We collect this information through standard web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and through our website hosting infrastructure. The data is used in aggregate to understand how the site is performing, where visitors are coming from, and which pages are useful or confusing.
We may also use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and, in some cases, for marketing measurement (for example, to understand whether someone who saw an ad later visited the site). Cookies are small files stored in your browser that help websites remember things between visits. You can disable or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings; doing so may affect how some parts of the site work.
What you submit voluntarily.
When you fill out a form on this website, you choose to share information with us. The most common examples:
- Contact form. Your name, email address, optional phone number, the topic you've selected, an optional referral source, and the message you wrote.
- Email walkthrough sign-up. Your email address, used to send you the requested walkthrough and nothing else unless you explicitly opt into more.
- Location interest list. Your name and email if you sign up to be notified when Prime Direct Health opens in a future location.
When you click a link to schedule an appointment, you'll be taken to our scheduling system (currently Elation), which is operated by a separate company under their own privacy practices. Anything you submit there is governed by their terms.
How we use that information.
The information described above gets used for these purposes:
- To respond to your messages and questions.
- To send you the email walkthrough or location notification you requested.
- To understand how visitors find and use the site, so we can improve it.
- To measure the effectiveness of our marketing (for example, whether the people who visit a particular page tend to schedule a meet and greet).
- To follow up if you've expressed interest in becoming a patient and we believe a follow-up email would be useful, unless you've told us otherwise.
- To comply with applicable laws.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share information with.
We share information only with companies that help us run the website and the practice. These typically include:
- Web hosting and infrastructure providers.
- Analytics providers (such as Google Analytics).
- Marketing platforms used to send the email walkthrough or location updates you requested.
- Advertising platforms used to measure marketing effectiveness, where applicable.
- Our scheduling and patient portal vendors (such as Elation and Hint), if you click through to those services.
Each of these providers is bound by their own privacy commitments and may use your information only to perform the service we've contracted them for.
We may also disclose information when required by law, when responding to a valid legal request, or when necessary to protect the safety of any person.
Don't include health information in our forms.
The contact form and other website forms on this site are not secure channels for protected health information. Please don't include personal medical details (symptoms, diagnoses, prescriptions, lab results, anything you wouldn't want appearing in a regular email) when you write to us through the website.
If you're an existing patient and need to communicate something about your care, use the secure patient portal at primedirecthealth.hint.com or call us at (480) 571-5934.
If you're a prospective patient with a health question, the most useful next step is usually to schedule a free meet and greet, where we can have a real conversation in person.
Your choices and rights.
You always have these options:
- Disable or clear cookies. Use your browser's privacy settings.
- Opt out of marketing emails. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at info@primedirecthealth.com and we'll remove you.
- Request that we delete information you've submitted. Email us and we'll honor reasonable requests, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations for actual patient information (which is governed by the Notice of Privacy Practices, not this policy).
If you live in California, Colorado, Virginia, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have additional rights under that law (for example, the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of certain types of data sharing). To exercise those rights, email info@primedirecthealth.com with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request" and we'll respond within the time required by your state's law.
Children's privacy.
Prime Direct Health is a family medicine practice, and we serve patients of all ages. The website itself, however, is not designed for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If a parent or guardian believes their child has submitted information through one of our forms, please contact us and we'll remove it.
How we protect information.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information collected through this website. No system is perfect, and we can't guarantee that information transmitted over the internet is fully secure, but we take steps to limit the risk and to respond quickly if a problem occurs.
Patient health information held in our medical record system is governed by HIPAA-grade safeguards described in our Notice of Privacy Practices, which is a stronger standard than this Privacy Policy applies to website visitors.
How long we keep it.
We keep information collected through the website only as long as it serves a useful purpose. Aggregated analytics data may be kept indefinitely. Personally identifiable information from contact forms or email signups is kept for as long as the relationship is active and a reasonable period after, then deleted unless we're legally required to keep it longer.
Changes to this policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged on the site for a reasonable period after they take effect. Your continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
