One office for everyone in the household.
The kid's stuffy nose, the spouse's annual physical, your blood pressure check, and grandma's medication review can all happen at the same practice with the same provider. That's the family medicine model the way it used to work.
Deedee Keeler, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. The "family" in family nurse practitioner means licensed and trained to care for patients across the whole age range. The same person who manages your annual labs can handle your daughter's sick visit and your father's chronic condition checks.

Designed so the math actually works for a household, not just an individual.

Family pricing applies to any combination of household members within the age constraints. A few examples: parent + child is $90 + $60. Two adults + two kids is $90 + $60 + $30 + $30. Spouses only is $90 + $60. A senior parent moving in with the family stays on the $120 senior rate. We set up a single account for the household and handle the rest.
When a child on a family membership turns 18, their rate updates to the $90 adult fee. When any member turns 65, the rate updates to the $120 senior fee. We reach out before either change so nobody's caught off guard.

For the adults
- Annual physicals with a real lab review
- Chronic condition management (blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, thyroid)

Questions parents often ask.
What ages do you see?
All ages, including babies, kids, teens, adults, and seniors. As a family practice, we're licensed and trained to care for the whole age range. We don't have an age cutoff in either direction.
Can my kid be on Prime Direct Health without me?
Yes. An individual child membership is available at the standard $90 adult rate. The family discount (the $60 and $30 tiers) applies when a child is added to an adult primary plan, not on its own. Most families bring the parents and the kids together because the math works out better that way, but if your situation calls for kids-only, we’ll set it up.
Sports physicals and school physicals?
Yes, both, included in the membership. Schedule when you'd like and we'll handle the paperwork. No add-on fees.
What if my kid gets sick after hours or on a weekend?
For urgent issues, members have direct contact information that goes to the on-call provider. For non-urgent things, message us and we'll respond next business day. For an actual emergency (severe symptoms, breathing problems, anything you'd normally call 911 for), call 911 or go to the ER.
My kid already has a pediatrician we love. Should we switch?
No need to. Plenty of our family-membership households keep their kid's pediatrician for routine pediatric care and use Prime Direct Health for everything else (parents' care, the kid's sick visits when the pediatrician can't fit them in, weekend stuff). We don't try to replace a pediatric relationship that's working.
What about a senior parent moving in with us?
Welcome. Members 65 and up are on the $120 senior rate, which sits on top of the family's other memberships. There's some nuance to how Prime Direct Health and Medicare fit together.
